Buttercream Dreamer is the creation of Michael Wolgast. 

As a young man working for Baskin-Robbins, Michael learned the fundamentals of cake decorating.  While his work centered on teaching daily store operations to new franchise operators, his favorite piece was teaching them how to decorate the cakes. 

Through the years and throughout his professional career, Michael continued to bake and decorate cakes for family celebrations and those of close friends.  Devoting hours of work to taking classes and honing his design techniques. Experimenting to discover the perfect ingredients, Michael continues building on his passion for cake design.   Over his lifetime, Michael has created hundreds of delicious tasting cakes, decorated in many styles from traditional floral cakes, modern geometric designs, whimsical cakes with handmade characters, to life-like, 3-D animal cake sculptures.  He knows there are many adventures in cakes to come!

With every new edible masterpiece, Michael stretches the boundaries of creativity, baking joy into every slice of every custom cake, hand-delivered to every customer for their unique and special celebration.
